Your Player Agreement Explained

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the fz777 Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in the names of others — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. This includes, but is not limited to:

• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your fz777 account.

• fz777 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a security breach caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by fz777 is governed by the fz777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the fz777 Privacy Policy.

fz777 collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of account management, age and identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of services and communications. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
